Guided tours of the factory

If you would like to find out more about our company, we invite you to visit us at our Elsbethen site near Salzburg, Austria. In our guided factory tours, we will show you how and where STEPA & EPSILON products are manufactured.

Our tours are open to farmers, agricultural colleges and STEPA dealers on request from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3 pm. Our tours last roughly 1-1.5 hours. The maximum group size is 25 people. All visitors must be at least 16 years of age. Younger visitors must be accompanied by a responsible guardian.

If you have any questions or would like to participate in a factory tour, please contact us via the contact form. We will contact you soon about arranging a time.

When you arrive, please inform our receptionist in the entrance foyer. Your factory guide will then accompany you to the exhibition rooms where you will see a short film about STEPA.

During the guided tour, you will find out more about our history but we will primarily provide you with an insight into the production processes at STEPA and Palfinger-Epsilon.

The tour will end back at the exhibition hall.

TIP: It is also possible to arrange factory tours with Palfinger. Please contact them to arrange a tour.

Safety

The health and safety of our factory employees, business partners, visitors and guests is a subject we care deeply about. Please follow all safety information and instructions given by your guide. Avoid danger.

Prepare in advance to ensure a safe factory visit. Please ensure you wear solid, closed shoes (sandals, canvas shoes, clogs and shoes with high heels are not allowed).

Please be aware that you will not be allowed to enter our premises without appropriate clothing.

We hope your factory visit is both safe and interesting.
